21 Day Fix Banana Peanut Butter & Fruit Oat Bake Recipe!

I have been rocking the 21 Day Fix! It is impacting my life in a lot of positive ways. However, I am missing sweets badly. It’ll be a long while before those cravings diminish. A new friend from a 21 DF Facebook group I am in, Jean, posted a recipe for an incredible looking fruity, peanut buttery, oat bake made in mason jars. Well, I think my sweet tooth may be more intense than hers so I took her recipe and added a little to it. IT IS AMAZING! There is nothing diet-y about this sweet treat.

21 Day Fix Banana and Fruit Oat Bake Recipe

I made mine using raspberries because I am addicted to them and always have them. I like that they give a tart and a sweet flavor to this recipe. You can use pretty much any fruit, though I think berries would work best.

21 Day Fix Container Values:

Yellow: 1 (1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats)

Purple: 1.5 (banana & raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries etc)

tsp: 2 (organic peanut butter)

free: honey, stevia, vanilla extract

21 Day Fix Banana Peanut Butter & Fruit Oat Bake Recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp stevia (liquid or granules)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mash up banana with a fork in a bowl.
  3. Add oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and stevia and mix.
  4. Put berries on the bottom of a jar or individual baking dish and cover with banana mixture.
  5. Put your container on a baking sheet (sometimes the juices spill out).
  6. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool!
