This is no secret recipe. It is one of, what, 6 recipes in the 21 Day Fix Guide. So I am not creating anything here that most of you don’t already know about! However, this dressing is SO good that it deserves some props and a shout out.

 

I know that it sounds basic and simple and probably not that delicious but IT IS! I make it every week and use it on my salads. When I am out and use a store bought dressing, my salad is sad. And when my salad is sad, I am sad.

 

This could also be used as a marinade, a dipping sauce and pretty much anything else that needs to be made yummier.

 

(My dressing bottle is the OXO Salad Dressing Shaker and I highly recommend it)

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine and shake!
