In an effort to help other vegetarians who are just starting out on the 21 Day Fix I wanted to share my Week 1 21 Day Fix Vegetarian Basic Grocery List to make shopping as you start a little easier.
I am not a typical vegetarian in that I don’t like mushrooms, eggplants, most squashes and many other veggies that your everyday vegetarian does. So if by chance anyone out there finds themselves in a position like me, starting the Fix and needing to know what you should buy, here is what I made it though my 1st week on!
You are most apt to be successful on a plan that doesn’t cost you too much money, is not overwhelming and you can easily adapt into your regular life. This list is small, inexpensive and most importantly full of normal foods that you can make in a ton of ways.
I had quite a bit of success in week 1, so the stuff on this list must have been good choices! As I move forward my list will grow I am sure. I will add ingredients to make more complex recipes and branch out, but for week 1 + 2, this list is more than enough to stay full and be successful.
