I am a vegetarian doing the 21 Day Fix and I have been loving it. There is not a lot out of sample eating plans out there for vegetarians so I threw this together to give you an idea of what I eat. I do eat eggs & cheese, but not fish or poultry. This is not my exact meal plan, it’s a sampling. It’s not perfect but it’s gotten me some great results!
