21 Day Fix Vegetarian Sample Weekly Meal Plan

I am a vegetarian doing the 21 Day Fix and I have been loving it. There is not a lot out of sample eating plans out there for vegetarians so I threw this together to give you an idea of what I eat. I do eat eggs & cheese, but not fish or poultry. This is not my exact meal plan, it’s a sampling. It’s not perfect but it’s gotten me some great results! Enjoy and please let me know if you have ANY questions!

Hello! I just heard about the 21 Day Fix – don’t have any of the books and I’m trying to piece it all together as a vegetarian. I came across your website and I am going to try some of your recipes. I’m just not sure how to use the colored containers to “count” a serving of a recipe, if that makes sense? Can you help? Thanks!

Sarah! I am not sure exactly what you’re asking, but the containers are already portioned out. So as long as you follow these counts you’ll know how to use them.

Yes, it’s me again. i looked at some of your other recipes and see you have the container values. In other recipes, like the carrot mac and cheese, in the nutrition section, it reads like this:
    Serves: 4
    Serving size: ΒΌ recipe
    Green: 322
    Yellow: 10
    Carbohydrates: 42
    Red: 457
    Protein: 16
I’m just not sure what the numbers mean beside the green, yellow and red. Thank you, I won’t write again tonight. πŸ™‚

Hi Sarah! I had a glitch in my recipe system that I think I fixed so the nutrition data should now read correctly. Thanks for pointing that out! I only recently started on the 21 Day Fix, so the older recipes are not portioned out in colors.

    Hey Jes!

I just stumbled across your blog. This meal plan was so helpful, thank you so much for sharing! It’s been hard to find veg-friendly meal plans- and I totally agree with your tweaks. I’ve just started, and this has been immensely helpful. Thank you!!!

    hi jes!
being a visually stimulated person, i was drawn to the visual layouts of your meal plans… so thank you πŸ™‚
i’m just glancing over your site now but, do you have the recipes for all of the meals you have listed? (and i mean the multi ingredient meals… i think i can handle ‘apple’. haha) i do wonder the quantity on the greek yogurt and what all is in your protein shake.

i appreciate all help you can offer. i’m just now looking into the 21 day fix as i’m trying to get my boyfriend healthy due to his HORRID blood work test results he just got back.

Hi! This is great. I am on the lower cal meal plan and also vegetarian. I am super hungry all the time. im going to use some of these ideas! I like that it’s not all beans as I cannot have more than a sprinkling (unless it’s chick peas).
